We retain waitlist information until private beta access is granted and the related account is created, or until you ask us to remove you from the waitlist, whichever comes first. We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Trade logs and execution history are retained for 24 months and then deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your waitlist entry, account, and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@lunapeakcopier.com. Certain data may be retained longer as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
